Launch of OneHub Virtual Assistant
The OneHub Virtual Assistant is a new enhancement that we have introduced to the Standard Bank OneHub platform.
In line with the group’s future-ready strategy, Standard Bank has officially launched its acclaimed OneHub platform in Mauritius. It is an online marketplace that gives corporates access to a range of digital solutions.
OneHub is a single point of entry for Standard Bank’s corporate clients and partner organisations to connect and interact. The platform allows clients to discover and procure digital tools and services developed by the bank and its trusted network of partners. OneHub is essentially a digital solutions marketplace that offers both web applications and application programming interfaces (APIs), which corporate clients can leverage to enhance efficiencies and streamline their own processes. Through OneHub, clients can access solutions from Standard Bank’s trusted technology partners, and new capabilities can be co-created with developers to address specific client needs. As it grows, the OneHub ecosystem will give clients access to an expanding range of service providers and capabilities.

The first product on the Standard Bank OneHub platform that Standard Bank Mauritius is making available to its clients is the OneHub Virtual Assistant.
The service, which is delivered through our chatbot capability, enables corporate clients with authorisation to access corporate accounts to easily request statements, do balance enquiries and trace payments. Each service is automated and available around the clock, enabling you to execute these types of queries at your convenience, and receive feedback in real-time.
